This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.solenzaboutique.com.au, operated by Solenza Boutique (ABN 21 454 954 704).
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging

With all tags and accessories included

Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
Once inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange. Refunds for change of mind are not provided unless required by law.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival:

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return postage will be covered by Solenza for approved warranty or fault claims.
3. Warranty – 8 Months
All jewellery purchased from Solenza Boutique is covered by an 8-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Material defects in normal intended wear
This warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, or damage caused by impact

Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, water, cosmetics, sweat, perfumes, or improper care

Lost items or accidental damage

Normal wear and tear

Items altered by a third party (e.g. resizing)
To file a claim:
Email info@solenzaboutique.com.au with proof of purchase and photographs of the item.
Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced. If the product is no longer available, a store credit or refund may be offered.
4. Return Process
Once we approve your return:

We will provide instructions and a return address.

Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless covered under warranty/defective goods.
We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds or replacements are issued once the product has been received and assessed.
